one of the worst feelings that i would never wish upon anyone is when u sprain ur ankle, go to bed that nite, and when u wake up in the morning... the blood rushes down to ur foot getting out of bed. not even vagisil will help ease that pain. believe me i tried rubbing that into my ankle before. jk.
i went to get acupuncture as soon as i could. i am a firm believer in acupuncture.. but it would be so much cooler if it came with a happy ending. anyways.. i enjoy those tiny needles re-energizing the blood and then having that bad blood sucked out. the acupuncture dude mustve thought i was some sort of freak tho. there was another patient i was sharing examination room with.. and that patient was at the final step of acupuncture. the acupuncture dude tells the patient.. ok, this is gonna hurt a bit. as he pricks the dude's ankle with this needle over, and over, and over.. really fast. i can here the patient squirm, then toss and turn on his bed. im thinking to myself.. damn, i dont remember it hurting that much before.. did they change the procedure?? from the patient's reaction to the needle pricking.. i was shook about the acupuncture, i can't lie.
so then when it was my turn to have that portion done.. the dr said.. ok this is gonna hurt a bit. i tensed up a little and got nervous. i braced myself as he started to prick my foot.. it did hurt, but my reaction is to laugh for some reason. and the dr was kind of a freak too bc he joined me in the laughter. it was prickly and painful.. kinda like a tattoo.. but it wasnt nearly as bad as the fag patient next to me was reacting to it. the dr mustve thought im some sort of freak since i was laughing to show my pain.. compared to the guy before me.
what can i say, im a gangsta. paper gangsta!

90% neck up

do u know who robert cheruiyot is? he's a legend.
so danica patrick won a friggin race. wooptidoodah. i dont get why its such a big deal when women try to compete with men. annika sorenstem.. michelle wie trying to play with the boys in golf. why? for what good reason? what are women trying to prove right now? i mean lets just face harsh reality, the world is sexist and there will always be alpha male dominance. thats just life. and when women consistently lose in these sports to men, its not helping matters. now, lets just let the boys play with boys and the girls play with the girls.. when it comes to recreational leisures. its not like men are trying to compete with the ladies in any sport. its not like lexington steele is gonna challenge tera patrick to a dck scking contest. let there be space and separation between the boys and girls in certain things.

miguel tejada is older than what he claims. dikembe mutumbo and el duque have been accused of being older than their age as well. i would like to see proper paper work on lbj. 23 yrs old my asss! yea im on lbj today.. what.
charles barkley said rasheed wallace is the most talented player in the nba but lacks focus/concentration to be the best. true or false? old proverbs say the game is played 90% neck up. u dont need to be the most athletic guy on the court.. u just need to play smart. prime example: larry bird. but how do u play smart? anticipation is a big part. they say good players are anticipating 2 passes ahead. i think rasheed is a dominating player when he wants to be.. but its too bad he doesnt always want to be. even our boy steph is a very talented player who sometimes loses focus. i'd rather take guys like kg and steve nash.. who u wouldnt call the most athletic.. but plays hard and smart.
playoff nba is good stuff. everybody is actually playing hard and there are less bs fouls.
is it just me or is vh1's miss rap supreme a great tv show. im hooked.
