pole theme

lets start off with a VERY IMPORTANT LINK from stevie aka sod.

its one of those things where u prob had to be there to find funny.. but im gonna put it up anyways. the last guy is about 6'9" and the short clubs do him no justice.

tim donaghy got 15 months for betting. seems light no? he should at least spend 15 months at one of those national geographic lock'd up prisons in california.

the bobcats are giving emeka okafor $72mil?? wtf. that dude is a walking injury. he's being rewarded for that much for avg'ing 13pts and 11rebs. wow. yet another reason why MJ should stay out of the front office and why the bobcats are getting no where. they'll prob pay sean may too. shoot, give raymond felton the max while ur at it. i guess its just as bad as john paxson giving luol deng $80mil for avg'ing 17pts per game.

mark texeira is on the angels. how unfair is that trade. its almost as bad as the lakers getting paul gasol for kwame brown.. even tho kwame might've playing like more of a man compared to gasol in the nba finals. anyways, thats a different topic of how euro's are too soft.
mark texeira got traded for casey kotchman. ok, i have zero idea who or how good kotchman is.. but im pretty sure he's not the caliber of texeira. how did the owners let this trade go through? mlb has pending trades like in yahoo fantasy sports right? teams veto? thats how it works correct?

the boss rick ross and t-pain just dont give a damn.

manny ramirez and brett favre are getting a lot of press lately. ownership should get equal amounts of heat too no? every action has a reaction.. so something obviously caused all this nonsense. im gonna side with the players, bc players may be selfish, but ownership is even more selfish.
packers offered favre $20mil over the next 10yrs to remain retired. something is weird with this situation.
good luck jason bay.. filling manny's presence in the lineup. possible big papi is not as effective w/o manny too.

manny definitely lost all motivation to play for bosox when it took him 5.1 seconds to run out a ground ball against the angels.
he may be loony, but he's still one of the best ever to play baseball.. and the best outfielder for the bosox since mike greenwell.

its a good thing omar minaya made moves to make the mets deeper and better for the post season. oh wait, he didnt. he's prob waiting to overpay FA's again in the offseason, his specialty.

i wonder who the first couple to ever get married was. and how it even came up? or even worse, who started making weddings a big ol expensive celebration? i'd like to punch them in the bread basket.

one year anniversary of one crazy x-games clip:

incredible that brian cashman was able to fill a "need".. with a future hof catcher, for kyle farnsworth. i would've traded farnsworth for a

paul pierce is in spain for some bball camp. real quote from an interview-
"Q: Is Kobe really the best player in the world? Pierce: I don't think Kobe is the best player. I'm the best player. There's a line that separates having confidence and being conceited. I don't cross that line but I have a lot of confidence in myself."
paul pierce is a gangster.. on the court and off, allegedly.

here's a decoder if u need one:

pittsburgh steelers
lose a key cog to their well oiled machine. fantasy football impact.

where does ll cool j rank amongst the most influential rappers ever? he is one of the trail blazers.. yea sure he crossed over into movies and "nothing but a phenomenon" song, but u can't say he didnt change hip hop.

so is he top 5 most influential? top 10? top 20?
c'mon this new track is kinda hot too..

i dont care if she's an alleged crazy.. she's still hot.

and also the flavor of the day:
