troy polamulu has been a part of 2 very big games this year... when it comes to beating the vegas spread.
a few weeks back against the chargers, the score was 11-10 late in the 4th quarter. on the final play of the game, troy ran back a failed lateral attempt for a touchdown as time ran out. the spread on the game was -5 pitt. with troy's td return, the score shoud've ended 17-10 and all of the pitt faithful bettors winning the wager. but the officials did not award pitt with that td for some dumb reason. like many, i took pitt -5 and shouldve won my wager. instead.. there was a swing of millions of dollars across the nation as +5 chargers won.
this past sunday in the afc championship game with the score 16-14 in the 4th quarter, the ravens were driving the field on what was prob their last possession. the spread on the game was -6 pitt. troy picked off a pass and ran it back for a touchdown to make it 23-14. he was the reason for another huge swing against the spread.

this could be the best show on tv since "the white rapper show".. its called "tool academy" on vh1. the premise is.. there are a bunch of d-bags that think they are hot sht. so their girlfriends sucker them into going on a tv show by telling them its called "mr. awesome".. but in reality, they are being exposed as tools and getting humbled on a show called "tool academy". sounds funny.
on the 1st episode.. there was one guy who was talking about all the chicks he gets. and the most recent chick he is banging was watching on. so he says there is a long list of women and the most recent chick he refers to as "the bottom btch"








this past tuesday, i watched a full episode of american idol for the first time in my life. i've watched clips and pieces during the other seasons.. and i do remember the earlier episodes being funnier with the wack jobs that come on.

there was a young chick named stevie that was good. she was named after stevie nix.
there was bikini girl who started a cat fight with the new judge.. that was amusing. she was a decent singer too suprisingly.
but the highlight was when the judges allowed the blind guy to go to hollywood.. and ryan seacrest was in the back waiting to interview him. after congratulating the blind dude.. seacrest raised his hand as to give him a high five. um.. blind... can't see hand. then seacrest forced a high five by raising the blind dude's hand and tell him that he's giving him a high five. awkward. good job idiot.

my alarm is set for 7:15am every morning for work. since i am ambition-less and have no motivation to work for my employer, it is tough to get out of bed.. i am usually dragging my ass out of bed at 7:45am and end up having to rush out of the house.
so the dilemma is.. is it better to keep my sleep schedule as is? or should i set my alarm for 7:45am instead and jump out of bed once john montone speaks through my ipod dock. i could gain 30 more minutes of sleep every nite.. but i wouldnt be able to snooze the alarm.
