"her" first hit single.. 'if i were a boy' is getting a lot of radio play lately. when i was driving to work last week, the z100 morning crew had an exclusive cut of her song.
at first impression.. the song was cool. the callers on the morning show absolutely loved the song.. they went on and on about how shes back! one caller even called beyonce and her first single.. inspirational.. and i think a tear was coming down her cheek even, no joke.
a little too dramatic since the song isnt ALL THAT.
anyways.. the overall consensus was that the song is hot and the cd should be as well if this is the opening single. so then listening to the song again, the song is definitely catchy and will get plenty of radio play. it also seems like the lyrics are targeting jigga or something.. which is still ok. anyways, im sure u've heard it by now but if u havent.. here it is:
so one week passes. im driving home from work listening to the wendy williams show. they are talking about how jermaine dupri threw up on janet jackson during some event not so long ago and how janet should drop his ass bc he is not progessing her career... and how janet should date an nba player just to get even with jermaine. the co host said janet dating an nba player would be the most evil thing to do since nba players are tall and muscular.. and JD is an out of shape midget. anyways.. then they cut to beyonce news.

BC JEAN is an up and comer from san diego who originally recorded the song 'if i were a boy'. if u click on her website.. one of the songs she has on the site is 'if i were a boy'. the original. beyonce and her crew allegedly stole the whole damn song without any permission from BC JEAN.yea thats beyonce's picture, but thats definitely not her voice.
anyways.. bc jean is allegedly getting her proper cut now.. and beyonce promises to try to be more original next time.

there was a old white lady on cnn the other day. she was asked who she's voting for. she said mccain.. bc "if obama got into office black people would take over the country." what a nut.
i don't know any reason to vote for mccain... and dont know why anyone would.
besides the fact obama seems more ready than mccain to lead the country.. its safe to say palin is not ready for role as vp. maybe biden is not either, but he's more ready than her. mccain and palin.. two negatives do not make a positive in this situation.

i will vote for barack obama. he's healthy, strong, confident, cool, articulate, and intelligent. he seems to care about the people's interest more than mccain does.after the final debate when obama and mccain were up on stage with their wives.. it was pretty clear who the power couple is. i'd like to see the first weave in office too.
lets just put it this way.. if obama was white, mccain would not stand a chance.. and obama would win this election very lopsided. and thats straight talk.
